secondly, zao bao titong camp!
basically this titong(聯合早報體育通訊員) thingy was recommended by wg and yy. it's a club under lian he zao bao, aiming to improve de chinese standard of theirs members and foster interation with one another. ok i dno wad i'm talking about. anyways it wasn't very fun for me cos i'm like sick of knowing knew ppl alady....yeah and sick of playing team-bonding games...
anyways, we interviewed simon chua( gold medalist for asian games body-building) and tao li (gold medalist for asian games swimming)
and simon chua is mad. 2 weeks before his competitions, he needs to eat 30 eggs A DAY and he can only drink half a cup of water a day, to prevent over hydration of his muscle. these are to make the shape and lines of his muscles more obvious and nice. like totally insane.
