went to hawpar villa in celebration of my birthday. there's a restaurant with a museum of chinese culture. haha i took so many pics. and the food there was really nice, and expensive...

went to various schs for their open houses these 2 days. and i actually managed to go 4 schs in a day. pro right.met efof in the morning. and we realize that we were the only ones wearing sch U. omg lah . but nvm our sch U looks nice wad. and we look smart n decent in sji sch U.
went to RJ on friday. the sch's very new and campus is quite big. the pupils looked confident and smart. and they have a really really cool librarym juz like those you can find in the harry potter series. it's chao big and comfortable. and they've got one whole room of DVDs that you can rent. i saw "crying out love in the centre of the world" on the shelf. the gals look smart, and with elegance. ahh you know wad i'm talking about. oh btw i saw yinwei and clara from campus superstar..
went SA first. attended their principal talk and watched a video on SA. wow it was really impressive. the kinda bonding and spirit they have was really close to sji. the atmosphere's good, sporty, friendly and outgoing ppl. in addition, there uniform looks really nice especially with the tie. second favourite apart from RJ uni. SA gals are chio. haha those sporty and hot type that you'll like one lah. anyways, if not considering about the academic results, i'll definitely go sa. but too bad, JCs are for studying. lol.
following that, ACJC. it totally sucked. i dno whether it's because we're wearing sch U and that ACS ppl despise us or some other reason, we were not being welcomed at all. not a single person actually attended to to or brought us around. my impression was that the whole sch was very cold and independent. well well, probably it's juz because ACS is our rival sch ba. so AC is out of my list.
next stop, VJ. we had a chao "ji dong" welcome by de ppl there lah. as we walked through the pathway, there were ppl saying " welcome to VJ!!" and cheering non stop lah. lol. we didn't stay there for long though. i felt that the sch community was rather vibrant and friendly too. heard from my tutor that VJ students are smart workers, so i'll consider it as one of my choice.
NJ marked the end of our long and eventful day. ok i was DISCRIMINATED AGAINST the first moment i stepped into the sch. while we were collecting the goodie bag, this gal XX gave sam one, while i was like waiting for mine for like 10 seconds, but she still didn't give me one. so i said : " hey can i have one too?" then this gal gave me a stare which made me feel really uncomfortable and then said : " uh are u really from SJI or you're from some other JC trying to steal our goodie bag?" then i was like " @#$%^&*(.... huh??? ya i'm really from SJI..." only then did she gave me one with another sharp stare. zzz.
well we didn't tour aroundthe whole sch but juz checked out certain parts. hmm i think that they're a decent and guai group of students. but somehow the "nerdy" impression was still stuck in my mind. but lynn has been telling how good NJ is also...well well....
so here's my comparison for the various schs.
academic results: RJ>VJ>NJ>AC>SA (no doubts) spirit n bonding: SA>VJ>NJ>RJ>AC (SA chao good) uniform: RJ>SA>NJ>NJ>AC (yes i like holy white) gals=.= : RJ>SA>NJ>?? (personal liking...） sch facility: RJ>SA>NJ>?? (RJ's new and good)
my overall rating will be RJ: 9/10 VJ: 7/10 SA: 6.5/10 NJ: 5.5/10 AC 3.14/10
