when i was young, my mom once told me that your genuine friends, are usually the once you knew from young. i totally believe in this, but not saying that the friends you make when you get older are hypocritical or wad. friends you knew from young will definitely knew wad kind of person you are. and they share memories with you. by the time you get to work in society, everything are no longer so simple. none of your friends now will judge you because of your background, your parents' jobs, the mark in front of your car (wow if u happen to have one). the relationship isn't built on a basis of benefits or interests. your friends now are juz your good friends. but after your left the campus, after you no longer wear your uniform, the word friend is spelt differently.
genuine friendships do not need to be voiced. it's unspoken consensus. even though they always insult you and mock at you, you know they nv mean it seriously. they're ppl who will wake up in the middle of the night to have a night walk with you; ppl who'll pon sch together with you juz because you say so; ppl who'll take the blame for you even though he has not done anything; ppl who will do all sorts of crazy stuffs you've nv imagined before with you; ppl who can confort you when you're down, and guide you when you're lost; ppl who you cry, laugh, and siao with; ppl who you don't need to worry if they still concern about you, because you know, they're always there.
