computer, i shall post it here too.
My friend in St Nicholas informed about this play, therefore I went to watch it upon her invitation. The play “QiHang” was held on the 25th June at St Nicholas Girl’s School. Although the play was in Chinese, I believe that it will be completely fine for me to write a English review about it if I can do the same with a play without any conversation! The Chinese word “QiHang” means “set to sail” or the start of a journey. The play contains five totally different plays expressing themes like school life, love, and friendships. However, I will only write review about one of them, my favorite one. The play “A.gain” had a special title which sets people thinking. The plot surrounds around ReiLin and her best friend, XinPeng. ReiLin received a prank present with a blackmail on her birthday. The little crystal in the present and the colour of the blackmail birthday card were all ReiLin’s favorites. All the clues led ReiLin to believe that her best friend who knows her best was the mastermind behind this. Therefore, a confrontation took place when they met each other. ReiLin’s anger had blinded her, even the friendship over years did not seem to matter to her. Is it not possible to save the situation? When would the truth reveal and find out who is the genuine friend? This is my favorite play out of the five as I liked the way it was presented. The tension was built gradually, and the final explosion was disconnected flashed of the scene. The effect was overwhelming when ReiLin actually slapped XinPeng over and over again. The sound was so loud that all the audience could hear vividly. This way of presenting was astonishingly effective as all the audience could really feel the energy, the strength of the scene. That is why I particularly liked this one so much. The play had different endings which vary from how the character had reacted to the scenario. Through this, I have learnt that I alone, can decide the outcome of a conflict just by the way I deal with it. The play was honestly a nice one. The characters had almost professional standard acting. Especially the leading actress who played ReiLin, her acting was matured and natural. Although the plot was simple, the meaning it conveys was honest and primitive. The narrations of the characters were very in-depth and vivid. Of course I cannot forget about the equipment, the clothes, the music, and the lighting departments. They had done a great job, too. In conclusion, I give this play 4/5 star!!
yeah and i dno when then i will have time to watch initial DDDDD!!!!
